Year 3 Teacher
Become a member of our dynamic happy team from January 2021. We work hard as a team to meet the varying needs of all our children in a supporitve, inclusive and caring environment.
The post will be fixed-term from January 2021 to the end of the school year in the first instance.
We need an enthusuastic and self-motivated teacher to join our friendly team, who is up to date with current research practice, keen to try new ideas and who has a sense of humour. Commitment and determination are key traits we are looking for to ensure all of our children get the best deal possible - making maximum progress whilst in our care and leaving us with the skills, knowledge and character to lead a fulfilling life. TIS/Thrive understanding is essential to meet the needs of all our children including children with SEN.
We welcome applications from all teachers - we celebrate diversity and the tremendous enrichment, experience and energy new staff bring.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional teacher to work with our Year 3 children in partnership with the Headteacher, staff, children, community and Governors to raise achievement through delivering exciting learning opportunities and being a leader in an area of personal strength across the school.
You must have a range of strategies in positive behaviour management, be highly organised and enjoy the challenge of meeting the needs of all children. We would welcome someone who has high expectations of individual achievement and is committed to the belief that every child can and will succeed.
To arrange a conversation with the Headteacher please call the school office or email Susannah Storey: firstname.lastname@example.org
Visits to the school and class are encouraged and welcomed on 5th and 6th November - you need to make sure we are right for you! If you are shortlisted, you will receive further information and the interview process will take place the week beginning 16th November.
