Apprentice Receptionist

St Day & Carharrack are looking to appointment an Apprentice for a year to gain Business Administration Level 2.

 

About the role:

We are looking for a Receptionist apprentice to join our administration team in a busy school office.  This is a varied role so you will undertake a wide range of tasks such as:

This is a busy office so being able to multi task is an advantage

Duties to include:

Answering the phone and taking messages

Liaising with parents/visitors/staff

Arranging meetings

Updating pupil/staff information on SIMS (training will be given)/computers and paper files

Photocopying

Filing

Tidying of equipment/stock cupboard

Liaising with Senior Secretary

Any other administration duties as required

Must be computer literate

The successful applicant must be reliable, approachable, be computer literate and sensitive to the needs of pupils and parents and maintain confidentiality at all times.
